Bluesky Developments is a property development company established in 1999 and based in London and Surrey.

Specialising in the acquisition and development of new homes in the heart of the south east, Bluesky are committed to being an integral part of the property development sector and are keen to be part of 20/20 Vision, Croydon Council's regeneration programme.

Being a private company, and unlike many other property investment companies, Bluesky Developments have a portfolio of over 180 both residential and commercial properties privately owned by the partners which allows them to invest their own capital in the acquisition of new developments, which allows them to acquire and develop sites quickly.

Bluesky’s unique feature is that with in house Architects, Quantity Surveyors and Project Managers, development projects are purchased, built and sold within their own organisation. This allows them to bid for and acquire sites that may not be affordable to other developers which gives Bluesky Developments a real market edge.
