Bluesky Developments is a property development company established in 1999 and based in London and Surrey.
We are a private company and unlike many other property investment companies we are not heavily reliant on investor capital.
We therefore have the freedom to spend time in consultative meetings which allows us the dynamism required in an industry where time is of the essence.
Our reputation is built through a successful association with both the development market and the rental property market managing some 250 properties for local authorities.
We provide a comprehensive range of property management services to our clients including consultancy, acquisitions, conversions, refurbishments, rent, invoicing and collection, and development appraisal and implementation.
International Presence
We currently have a number of development sites under construction in the UK and abroad; namely in Portugal, Tanzania and Montenegro.
